It does a wonderful job chopping fresh herbs, a couple of onions or peppers. It is fast and convenient for small jobs. It is easy to clean. It is surprisingly light and it holds its charge a long time. I am very happy with this processor.

It makes you life in the kitchen so much easier, cooking becomes a pleasure. Design and good quality is an undeniable pro here as well. This purchase is a great choice, I recommend it to anybody - busy moms and gadget lovers will love it!

The previous model overheated and the more I used it, the more it gave burnt odors, so I reported this issue. I was very pleased with the response. They immediately helped me to report it and send a new replacement. They were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I appreciate it when a business treats their customers right. I highly recommend Kitchen Aid products to all my friends.
