So simple and easy to use!!!. We use it daily to re-heat food and everything else like roasting/air frying potatoes, beets, sweet potatoes, 3 whole branzino fishes (for spring rolls), baking healthy muffins/cookies, mochi cakes, dehydratine grapes, roasting raw nuts, baking ravioli (coverd in foil with added milk and herbs), almond croissant etc. We use this countertop oven so often that we rately turn on our big oven which saves us energy bill and not heating up the house. I love the fact that it fits 9"x13" standard trays (bought extras from TJMaxx) to store left over food in the fridge and conveniently ease the next day food heat up. Waiting for a good sale to get it for our family members.

I highly recommend it especially if you are looking to combine appliances into one or not having to use your big oven all the time. It also fits well on the counter compare to other countertop ovens.
