What can you do with a vegetable sheet cutter?

Your Vegetable Sheet Cutter Attachment has multiple uses depending on the blade you select. The Thin and Thick Blades slice produce into sheets, while the Noodle Blade creates thin and flat pasta-like strands. You can use these vegetable sheets or strands as a substitute for pasta to add a nutritious boost to your favorite dishes. Zucchini sheets can also be substituted for tortillas to make a healthy, low-carb wrap.

Step 1: Secure the attachment to the stand mixer power hub

Access your stand mixer’s power hub cover by either flipping it open or turning a knob. Power hub styles vary by model, so consult your use and care guide for specific instructions. Once the hub cover is open, insert the attachment into the power hub. The pin on the shaft will slip into place when it has reached the proper position. Once the attachment is in place, tighten the knob until it is completely secured to your stand mixer.

Slice off either end of your chosen fruit or vegetable. The maximum food size for the Sheet Cutter Attachment is about 3.5 inches. Then, insert the food holder into one end of your produce. If you’re using a cucumber or a zucchini, insert the zucchini/cucumber adapter into the other end, using the markings to align and center both the holder and adapter.
