Step 1: Secure the attachment to the stand mixer power hub
Access your stand mixer’s power hub cover by either flipping it open or turning a knob. Power hub styles vary by model, so consult your use and care guide for specific instructions. Once the hub cover is open, insert the attachment into the power hub. The pin on the shaft will slip into place when it has reached the proper position. Once the attachment is in place, tighten the knob until it is completely secured to your stand mixer.

Step 2: Move the blade carrier into the locked position
Rotate the blade lever clockwise to secure it into a locked position.

Step 3: Trim produce and insert food holder
Slice off either end of your chosen fruit or vegetable. The maximum food size for the Sheet Cutter Attachment is about 3.5 inches. Then, insert the food holder into one end of your produce. If you’re using a cucumber or a zucchini, insert the zucchini/cucumber adapter into the other end, using the markings to align and center both the holder and adapter.

Step 4: Secure the food holder to the attachment
Place your produce and the food holder onto the main body of the attachment, then twist it clockwise to lock into place. Insert the food skewer into the skewer support on the attachment, making sure it’s centered in your fruit or vegetable.

Step 5: Select and insert the blade
Select your desired blade and insert it into the blade carrier at a 45 degree angle. This helps the blade align properly with the attachment.

Step 6: Turn on your stand mixer and unlock the blade
Set your stand mixer to “stir speed” before you release the blade onto the food. Unlock the blade by pulling and lifting the release lever, then rotate it slowly until the blade reaches your produce. Once your food has finished processing, turn off your stand mixer.
