KitchenAid® Multifunction Over-the-Range Oven with Infrared Sensor Modes

This KitchenAid® Multifunction Over-the-Range Oven combines the versatility of an air fryer, toaster oven, convection oven, dehydrator, bread proofer, microwave and ventilation hood, all in one space-saving appliance designed for flush installation within a standard 12 ¾" cutout. Infrared Sensor Modes provide intuitive assistance to smoothly melt chocolate, defrost frozen chicken without cooking the edges and help prevent splatters.

Air Fry Mode

Replaces a countertop air fryer for all of the crisping with none of the clutter. Triple heating elements and a fan circulate hot air around the included air fry basket to crisp and brown food with less oil.*

Multifunction Oven Modes

Replace a convection or toaster oven, freeing up counter space by elevating your baking, roasting, broiling and toasting. Triple heating elements and a fan direct heat where it's needed to cook at temperatures up to 450°F.

Infrared Sensor Modes

Provide intuitive assistance to smoothly melt chocolate, defrost frozen chicken without cooking the edges and help prevent splatters. Infrared sensors monitor cooking progress and automatically adjust cook time and temperature as needed.

Integrated Meat Thermometer

Takes the guesswork out of cooking meat, fish, poultry, casseroles and more just the way you like. It continuously monitors cooking progress and automatically turns the oven off when your desired temperature is reached.

Dehydrate Mode

Replaces a countertop dehydrator, helping remove moisture from food to concentrate flavor. A heating element and fan circulate consistent low heat around the included basket.

Bread Proof Mode

Takes proofing dough to new heights. A heating element and fan circulate consistent low heat to help activate the yeast and promote rise.

Turntable-Free Design

Maximizes cooking space for large dishes or multiple items at the same time. A hidden motor circulates microwave heating throughout the entire oven, eliminating the need for a traditional turntable.

Illuminate when in use and fade unobtrusively into the sleek black glass of the oven door when the oven is off. A full-color LCD display makes it easy to see and select cooking modes, temperatures and cook times.

Steam Clean Mode

Uses the power of steam to help loosen cooked-on food without the need for harsh cleaners. After running this cycle, just wipe down the inside of the microwave with a damp cloth.

Air Bake Mode

Uses triple heating elements and a fan for convection baking at temperatures up to 450°F, eliminating the need for a countertop convection oven. The included oven rack fits a 9" x 13" pan.

Roast Mode

Uses dual heating elements and a fan to roast at temperatures up to 450°F, eliminating the need for a countertop convection oven. The included oven rack fits a 9" x 13" pan.

Broil Mode

Uses a grill element in the top of the oven to broil at temperatures up to 400°F, eliminating the need for a countertop toaster oven. The included oven rack fits a 9" x 13" pan.

Toast Mode

With included toasting pan combines direct heat from a toast element on the bottom of the oven and indirect heat from a grill element in the top to achieve your preferred level of browning, eliminating the need for a countertop toaster oven.

Infrared Sensor Soften/Melt

Provides intuitive assistance to gently soften butter and cream cheese and smoothly melt chocolate and butter. Infrared sensors monitor progress and automatically end the cycle when food reaches the ideal temperature.

Infrared Sensor Defrost

Provides intuitive assistance to defrost frozen chicken without cooking the edges. Infrared sensors continually monitor heat levels and automatically end the cycle before cooking starts.

Infrared Splatter Prevention

Provides intuitive assistance to help prevent splatters inside the microwave. If infrared sensors detect that liquids are heating too quickly, they will automatically turn down the power level to help keep them from bubbling over.
